National Smoothie Day on WCCO

Did you happen to catch our latest feature on WCCO? We made a little debut for National Smoothie Day and demonstrated a recipe for Pineapple Peach Smoothies (so yummy! and a fan favorite!) In case you missed it, you can catch the clip from WCCO’s website here:

I had a lot of fun and Jennifer and Mike were super sweet! In case you want to try the Pineapple Peaches Smoothie at home, I thought I’d share the recipe!

Pineapple Peach Smoothie

  • 1-1/2 cups Karen’s Naturals “Just Peaches”
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 cup(s) milk
  • 1/4 cup agave/honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Pineapple Peach Smoothie

Blend until smooth. Makes about 3 servings. If you want to add protein powder, I’d say add a scoop or two of plain vanilla powder of your choice to add that protein into the mix.
